This study explores school-level characteristics that might be predictive of adolescent suicide deaths and suicide clusters. In this study, we analyze the direct link between suicide clusters and school characteristics, using a retrospective analysis of mortality data to identify where point clusters occurred. This study is novel because we merged death records of teens who died by suicide data describing the characteristics and climate of the school they were attending at their time of death.
