Coach for the Towson Recreation Council (TRC) Youth Ultimate Frisbee Clinic

• Plan practice schedule for ~30 students

• Coordinate practice groups of 6-7 students in 5th-8th grades

• Organize developmentally appropriate drills and practice activities

• Communicate with parents about plans, changes, and student progress

• Manage team of 4 assistant coaches (parents)

• Liaise with League Commissioner, and administration team at TRC for league management
