Coordinate practice groups of 6-7 students in 5th-8th grades
Organize developmentally appropriate drills and practice activities
Communicate with parents about plans, changes, and student progress
Manage team of 4 assistant coaches (parents)
Liaise with League Commissioner, and administration team at TRC for league management
